Do you offer rescheduling/refunds?

We offer refunds or future class credit for our one-day Clay or a Day events up until 72 hours before your event.

You may transfer your registration to a friend anytime before the start time of your class.

How many pieces can I make?

Clay for a Day participants can each keep 2 pieces per event, and can choose which color they would like them to be glazed in.

Did my registration go through?

If you successfully checked out, paid, and received an order confirmation via email—you’re enrolled!

We send out an email with event information the week of your class.

What should I bring or wear for classes?

We have all the tools you need for class. As for clothes, please wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting some clay on! Our recycled clay doesn’t stain colored fabric or denim, but may stain white clothing. If you have long hair, bring along a hair tie or clip.

When can I pick up my finished pottery?

Your work will be ready one month after your event (the following First or Third Friday). We do not send out any email notifications unless the work will not be ready by the expected pickup date.

Pick up is available afterwards during scheduled classes only. Work is held for 3 months after firing and then discarded.

Can I buy a class as a gift?

You can buy a digital gift card which will allow the gift recipient to schedule a class that works for their schedule. Gift cards expire one year after purchase.
